This privacy policy describes how Tollgates Pay FZ-LLC processes personal data submitted through the salik recharge platform.
1. What we collect
- UAE mobile number (used to send the order confirmation by SMS).
- Plate details: country, Emirate, category, plate code and number.
- Recharge amount in AED.
- Order reference and timestamp.
- Last four digits of the card and the card brand (provided by the payment processor).
We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVV values on our servers — those are handled solely by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
2. Why we collect it
- To create and track your order.
- To forward the recharge instruction to the toll account system.
- To respond to support inquiries and refund requests.
- To comply with applicable UAE regulations on financial record-keeping.
3. How we share data
We share the minimum required data with: the payment processor, our hosting provider, and the toll account system. We do not sell, lease or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Retention
Order data is retained for five years for accounting purposes. Mobile numbers are retained only as part of the order record.
