These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tollgates Pay website at tollgatespay.com and the salik recharge service offered through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.
1. The service
Tollgates Pay FZ-LLC ("we", "us") provides a structured online form for submitting salik topup requests. We forward the card payment to a regulated payment processor on the checkout subdomain. We are not the issuer of any Salik product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Visa or Mastercard issued in your name and have permission to submit the plate details associated with your Salik account.
3. Order & payment
- An order is created when you submit step 1 (recharge amount) and is finalised once the payment processor confirms the card charge.
- The minimum amount is AED 5; the maximum is AED 5,000 per transaction.
- We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVV values on our servers.
4. Toll account credit
Once the card charge is confirmed, the corresponding amount is forwarded for crediting to the Salik account associated with the plate you provided. Credit is normally visible within minutes; in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours.
5. Refunds
If the Salik account is not credited within 24 hours after a successful card charge, you are entitled to a full refund. See the refund policy for the procedure and timeline.
6. Prohibited use
- Submitting plate details that do not belong to you or that you have no permission to manage.
- Using the platform to test stolen, altered or otherwise compromised cards.
- Automated scraping, mass account creation or any form of denial-of-service activity.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount of the most recent transaction. We are not responsible for delays caused by the upstream Salik system or by your card issuer.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
