Eligibility & coverage
Which Salik accounts can I top up here? +
Any Salik account linked to a UAE plate. The form supports all seven Emirates and every standard plate category. If your plate is missing from the dropdown, double-check the Emirate of registration first.
Timing & processing
How long does a salik recharge take? +
The card payment itself takes about 30-60 seconds. The new balance usually shows on your account within 2-5 minutes, depending on how busy the gateway is. In rare cases it may take up to one hour.
Are there minimum and maximum amounts? +
Minimum is AED 5, maximum is AED 5,000 per transaction. Presets of 50, 100, 150 and 200 are offered for quick selection.
Payment & refunds
What payment networks do you accept? +
Visa and Mastercard, both debit and credit. Other networks are not supported at the moment. The card payment is processed on the secure subdomain checkout.tollgatespay.com.
Can I get a refund if something goes wrong? +
Yes — if the toll account was not credited within 24 hours we'll refund the original card in full. Email info@tollgatespay.com with your TGP order reference. Read the full refund policy.
